With over 20 years of experience as an educator, coach, and advocate, I partner with athletic departments, coaches, and student-athlete support staff to strengthen the structures that impact student-athlete success.

Grounded in education, coaching, and DEIB, my work focuses on equipping athletic leaders with the strategies, tools, and frameworks needed to improve accountability, support student-athletes effectively, and build environments where athletes feel valued, supported, and empowered.

I help programs create intentional systems that drive stronger academic outcomes, improve retention, and foster cultures rooted in equity, discipline, and long-term success.
